Task undertaken for Roxby Hydraulics for BHP Billiton
The Hydraulic Power Pack cabinet that operates the Stacker at Olympic Dam was in need of replacement. One of the key points that needed to be addressed was access to the internals of the cabinet for repairs and that all panels needed to be removable. The new system for the cabinet being constructed was designed and fabricated by Flipside FM Pty Ltd at the Moonta SA Workshop and transported to Olympic Dam.
